Over the past 15 years, there have been a slew of graduates from the industries school of legends. They hailed from Audrey Saunders & Sasha Petraske to Jim Meehan & Julie Reiner, and the list continues to grow. These schools of thought and their graduates have shaped the industry we now live in today. But not without controversy….

In this seminar, the old dogs and the new pups will debate each other’s philosophies, controversial Industry practices and hiring & training methods. They will give advice about HOW TO break tradition to create a bar culture that works for you, balance between being a sell out and being a genius, and lastly, how not to constrict yourself by only following one teacher’s Indoctrination.
